My name is Kerstin Arado. I started working and gained experience first in a BPO company wherein I helped and assist customers and clients with their questions and complaints. Maintained the respect and professionalism over the phone.
I also took orders for inbound accounts fast and deliver results accurately. I was able to hone my interpersonal skills through customer service, the people that I worked with, as well as the responsibilities and duties that were tasked to me. 

I have 4 years of experience working online as an ESL Teacher. I taught students who are as young as 3 years old, and up to adult professionals. There I learned to be more patient and creative in my lessons especially with children, which I believe can help me with any type of freelance jobs I'm going to have.

I'm also a graduate of Filipino Virtual Assistance or FVA wherein I gained knowledge about being a Virtual Assistant. Learned SMM, SEO, Simple Web creation Content Writing, etc. and a professional attitude of being a freelancer, as well as working and delivering good results at the comfort of my home.
